Each box contains 7 pieces of mugwort foot soaking bags, each weighing 30 grams.
Our scientifically formulated recipe recommends soaking the bags in 40-45°C water for 25-30 minutes, 4-5 times a week.
How to Use ?
Simply place one bag in a bucket and pour hot boiling water over it. The water will turn a dark coffee colour.
Wait for the water to cool down to a temperature you can tolerate (we recommend not adding cold water).
You can use the same foot soaking bag until the water returns to its original colour.
Soak your feet for 25-30 minutes, until you start to sweat slightly. After soaking, dry your feet.
You can also use our Mugwort Foot Soaking Bags for a bath soak, but we recommend using 2-3 bags at a time, depending on the size of your bathtub

How to use it:
The floss or punk is then lit and placed directly on the skin. When the floss is burned, it releases moxa smoke and heat which is absorbed into the skin to stimulate the underlying acupuncture points and meridians.
